Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini celebrate Karva Chaut over the phone and get emotional (Baghban)

“Sanju (Samir Soni) and his family are celebrating Karva Chaut. Sanju (Samir Soni) breaks his wife’s fast and tells her to serve the food so they can eat. Reena (Divya Dutta) tells him that she didn’t prepare food as he had promised to take them out for dinner. He agrees to take them out and tells them to get ready. Rahul (Yash Pathak) then asks his parents what his grandfather will eat. Reena (Divya Dutta) then tells him that whenever dad comes after 9pm he has dinner from the cafe and returns. They get ready and leave. At the cafe, Shanti (Lillete Dubey) informs Raj (Amitabh Bachchan) that the moon has come out, and tells him to break his fast, and then she will serve him dinner.
