ANDREW AND GORDON'S JIG (J4x32) 4C set Roy Goldring G and S Dances 2 1- 8 1s cross RH and cast 2 places, 2s 1s advance and retire on the diag 9-16 1s cross RH and cast back to places, 1s 3s advance and retire on the diag 17-24 1s lead down the middle and back to top facing out 25-32 1s 2s change places on sides (Lady RH and Man LH), 1s 3s change places (opposite hands), 1s 4s turn on sides 1½ times to 4th place own sides (MINICRIB. Dance crib compiled by Charles Upton, Deeside Caledonian Society, and his successors) Andrew and Gordon's Jig was on the programme for the combined Johnsonville/Capital City Clubs' dance on August 20, 2022. The dance was held in the Newtown School hall, Wellington, New Zealand. The MC for this dance was Capital City SCD Club tutor Jeanette Watson. Live music was by Strings Attached: Lynne Scott, Sharlene Penman and Richard Hardie.
