NO MORE CONSPIRACY THEORY THEY ADMIT TO USING CHEMTRAILS!

There is no power delegated to Congress in the U.S. Constitution to conduct or even pay for these kinds of atmospheric experiments. It is a power NOT granted to the UNITED STATES. Even worse, they do this based on a “theory” of “climate change”. So, since it’s just a theory, it’s now clear that they’re experimenting with the air we breathe to explore their little favorite theory. I have not, do not and will not consent to be experimented on.
