“The Voyage of St. Brendan“ is the official school song for Saint Brendan's Classical Christian Academy (), which I am helping start through our church in Ogden, Utah. Since our namesake, St. Brendan the Navigator, is known for his legendary sea voyage for Eden, we decided that a sea shanty would be an appropriate school song. We chose to write new words to the old tune, “Roll the Old Chariot,“ one of my absolutely favorite sea songs out there. Hope you enjoy this rendition!
