Just a really nice short stretching and yoga clip of me doing a hip thrust and a single arm bridge. These exercises are great for the posterior chain and the shoulders! Always remember: Stretching is all about patience. Take your time to get into the stretch and progress bit by bit. No need to rush and no need to compare yourself directly to others.
