A severe sandstorm hit the city of Marrakech, Morocco on the eve of Thursday, August 10, 2023. The Directorate General of Meteorology has announced in a warning bulletin that a heat wave with a temperature of 38 to 49 degrees, accompanied by strong gale-force winds up to 80 km per hour, has appeared since the beginning of this week in several regions of the Kingdom, including Marrakesh.
