Drain and soak for 10-20 minutes. ② Pat the beef dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix with cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Massage the marinade into the beef and let it sit. ③ Thinly slice the scallions and cut the kernels off the Chodang corn. ④ Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef quickly and set aside. ★Stir-fry the marinated beef quickly until the liquid evaporates and the beef sizzles ⑤ In a pot, add the soaked rice, anchovy broth, soy sauce (tsuyu), and butter. Cook uncovered over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. ⑥ When the rice starts to boil, scrape the bottom of the pot with a spatula to create a path. Reduce to the lowest heat. ⑦ Place the corn cobs and kernels on top of the rice, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. ★Adding the corn cobs enhances the flavor. ⑧ Turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes. Remove the corn cobs and add the stir-fried beef. ★Torch the beef and corn for a gourmet touch if desired. ⑨ Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
