The last two years have definitely been...“unique.” On the coattails of my fourth trimester, I found myself in my house A LOT (like everyone). And while I initially loved all of the uninterrupted one-on-one time with Atlas, the novelty eventually wore off and I was feeling super lackluster, de-energized and motivated to make a change.
