I use Fatwood to light my fire. I harvest Chaga fungus and make tea. I stay overnight and wake to a fresh snowfall. Winter has arrived and transformed the forest into a beautiful blanket of white. There are not many materials to effectively make a waterproof shelter but I manage to accomplish the task using 1 huge pieces if Ash bark I carefully remove from a fallen ash tree. I also use Leaves Debris and Sod as well as branches, sticks and twigs to insulate
