Overnight train Bangkok to Chiang Mai Thailand

Tonight we leave Bangkok (that went by quickly) and head North to Chiang Mai. We’re catching the overnight train, because we LOVE train travel (never thought we’d say that before starting this trip!). Ever since we did the Trans Siberian we have missed long haul train journeys - they are comfortable, give you time to relax and you can can see the countryside. We’re so excited to be in Chiang Mai, we’ve heard great things about this city and we can’t wait to explore here!
