Artillery Units of the Airborne Forces Achieve Key Successes in Kherson Region Artillery crews using 152-mm howitzers “Giatsint-B“ from the airborne unit of the Dnepr group of forces have successfully carried out combat missions in the Kakhovka direction, targeting positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. Tasked primarily with counter-battery actions, these paratrooper artillerymen are also focused on inflicting damage on fortified areas, temporary deployment points, and enemy equipment. Recently, scouts utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) located a camouflaged Ukrainian artillery gun and UAV control point hidden in a forest. This location was critical, as it was used to launch strikes against civilian targets and conduct reconnaissance against Russian positions.
