According to China’s official media reports, since August 4, eastern Ningxia, and other parts of the Shanxi region experienced heavy rainfall. Due to the rainfall, the middle reaches of the Yellow River between the Shanxi region of the Wu Ding River, Qingjian River, Yanshui, Sanchuan River, Qu Chan River, the Wei River and other rivers all experienced flooding.
