Marine Corps Boot Camp IT - Incentive Training

Recruits quickly learn that the Marine Corps demands the maximum effort in everything they do…and in case they ever forget they receive attitude adjustments through IT…incentive training. The Marine recruits of Echo Company go through some IT, or incentive training. Marine Corps Incentive training is one of the tools drill instructors use to instill discipline and motivation in recruits. While it may look chaotic, there are actually very strict rules governing incentive training. Recruit training IT is very closely supervised and consists of a combination of at least three of the allowed exercises, all of which are governed by strict time limitations. During the video you will notice the drill instructors checking their watches to make sure they aren’t going over the allowed time period of each exercise. It is important to understand that under no circumstances is a recruit to be pushed beyond his or her physical limitations.
