After a series of performances in 2023, this collection represents their first effort in writing music together. Setting up a makeshift studio inside a quiet home in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, the two musicians engaged in a spontaneous creative process resulting in the composition and recording of three songs over a three-day span. Created in the spirit of exploration, these recordings blur boundaries to create a sonic landscape encompassing disparate genres such as jazz fusion, drum and bass, and psychedelic rock. This live performance of their EP was recorded a few weeks later at Drowning Fish Studio in Philadelphia.
