An Alla Prima Lemon

Part time lapse and normal speed video of a lemon painted alla prima in oil. Actual painting time is about 45 minutes. It features the use of a brayer and wedge to break down the painting and then rebuild it. Its a fun way to get some interesting marks into a painting and also create some attractive edges. Pigments: titanium white, cad yellow medium, cad yellow deep, indian red, trans oxide brown, paynes grey. Brushes: Rosemary and Co., Evergreen flats.
