What kind of food do you eat when watching a football game in your country? I mainly eat fried chicken and beer. In Korean, it is called Chimaek. In chimaek, “chi” means chicken and “maek” means beer in Korean. The combination of savory and greasy chicken and cold beer is really the best! Normal fried chicken has to be eaten with the bones on, so the oil gets on your hands, which is a hassle, but if you make it small and round like popcorn, you can pick it up and eat it with your hands. We have prepared a recipe so that you can easily make it with really simple ingredients, so please make it!! [ingredient] Chicken tenderloin (or Chicken breast) 400g 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp curry powder (optional) 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional) 70ml water 1 egg 70 g flour 4 slices of sandwich bread, for bread crumbs 1L frying oil [How to cook] 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat, season, and marinate for about 20 minutes. 2. Mix flour, water, and eggs in a marinated meat bowl to make batter for frying. 3. Grind 4 slices of sandwich bread in a mixer to make bread crumbs 4. Coat the chicken in the first dough with bread crumbs and put it in the frying oil. 5. Keep the frying oil at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes in two or three batches. 6. After frying the fried chicken, drain the oil for about 5 minutes and put it in a pretty bowl. 7. Enjoy your meal~~ [Cooking Tips] 1. If you have frying powder, you can use it instead of normal flour. 2. It tastes better if you add milk instead of water. 3. After frying for 2 minutes and rubbing with air for 30 seconds, frying it once more makes it crispy and delicious. 4. Enjoy your meal!!
