Sergey Burlakov from Taganrog survived a quadruple amputation. While serving in the army, he was involved in a terrible accident. Sergey received severe injuries, each of which could have been fatal in itself. 30 years later Sergey is a famous marathon runner, medalist in various sports competitions, holder of a black belt in karate and a State Duma deputy.
