In Kerala’s Wayanad hills, lives a man named Govindan, who still practices the centuries-old archery that his forefathers once used for hunting. Back then it was a part of life but now he only used his skills for teaching the young ones. When I met him, I got to understand a little bit about the relationship of his indigenous community (kuruma) with nature.
