Driving through Detroit is a real eye opener for those who have never visited the city. What makes Detroit unique is that whereas most cities are say, 80% nice and 20% ghetto, Detroit is the opposite. I’d say Detroit is 20% OK and 80% ghetto. Even if you live in the nice 20%, you’re still surrounded by the other 80%. Even WalMart won’t build a store in Detroit. This footage of Detroit is from 2014 and 2015.
