We will explore Hannes Alfven's thoery for the Galactic circuit and in the process discover how double layers are formed in the laboratory, how this can be seen in the Aurora. Alfven then scales this up to the Solar circuit and finally to the Galactic circuit. Lets examine one of the main principles behind how the energy is created in the electric universe.
