British pensioners are now seen as greedy parasites by Keir Starmers government

The Winter Fuel Payment was introduced by the incoming Labour government in 1997 and seen as a way to demonstrate Labour’s core principles. Starmer’s government though, regards old people as no more than an expensive nuisance.
