The Paris Olympics officials say this cheap looking trash was not implemented to save money or reduce the budget, but to prevent sexual acts between athletes. It is noted that the beds, which many have nicknamed “Macron boxes,” are of such poor quality that they break under sizeable athletes while sleeping.
