This is my tutorial on how to play the Adagio (2nd movement) from Concerto in D minor, BWV 974 by Johann Sebastian Bach. I give you an insight into my interpretation and explain how to learn this beautiful piece. In this video, you can listen to my explanation and playing while the sheet music shows on the screen. It is one of the most beautiful Adagios of the baroque period. Originally it was composed as the Oboe Concerto by Alessandro Marcello. Later Bach made a keyboard arrangement for this concerto.
