Subscribe to World Circuit - Afel Bocoum 'Lindé' out now: Celebrated Malian songwriter and guitarist Afel Bocoum premieres ‘Dakamana’, taken from his album ‘Lindé’, out now via World Circuit Records. The song is a plea to his fellow Malians to come together, at a time when jihad, poverty and tribal war have brought the country to its knees. Afel explains: “Malian culture doesn’t recognise divisive expressions such as: ‘northerner’, ‘southerner’, ‘black’ and ‘white’. Let’s just say ‘Malian’, full stop.
