Guitarists don't know this about La Paloma

This is an exclusive interview discussing my latest recording of la Paloma. Hardly anybody would associate the world-famous Habanera „La Paloma“ („The dove“) with the name Sebastián de Iradier nor with the fact, that the legendary Francisco Tárrega arranged it for guitar. It was Iradier who composed another mega-hit, later adapted by and attributed to Georges Bizet as the habanera of. „Carmen“. Tárrega’s arrangement in D major is very enjoyable to play - a lot of fun for both player and listeners. Would you like to play this piece in your next performance?
