1990 was marked by the release of two games at once based on the movie “Ghostbusters - 2“, released for the NES platform: the unsuccessful “Ghostbusters II“ from Imagineering and the excellent “New Ghostbusters II“ from HAL Laboratory. A portrait of the Carpathian ruler Vigo, who died several hundred bodies ago, was brought to the Metropolitan Museum of New York. Vigo's spirit comes to life on the canvas and intends to be reborn. Ghostbusters go to the museum and learn about Vigo's plans. Our heroes again take up arms to resist the ancient tyrant.
