For this blade, I used a wrought iron horseshoe, layered over 80CrV2 for the san-mai blade, and I used the same wrought iron in the guard and butt cap. The spacer is copper, and the handle is Alaskan moose antler. This was a fun project, and I enjoyed incorporating local materials into the knife. This was my first time using wrought iron, and it was a lot of fun. This knife is spoken for, but if you are interested in getting a knife from me, check me out on Instagram or send me an email.
