HAPPY OCTOBERRRR WOOO!!! To kick off this halloweenie season, I wanted to tackle a project I've been wanting to do for years: Billy from Hocus Pocus! And to make it a little more unique I thought it would be fun to do a little genderbendin' and make her a Lady Billy hehehe I had SO much fun with this one, which included some historic sewing, dESTROYING, painting, and creature makeup.
