A tornado can form and dissipate within seconds, reaching winds of up to 200mph and taking with it homes, cars, trees, and more. They can be quite difficult to forecast, as cool descending dry air passes over rising warm moist air with wind direction at different altitudes. Earthquakes are also one of the worst and most unpredictable natural disasters we face, having the ability to change communities for generations to come.
