I made a Creme de Menthe! Homemade Mint Liqueur

I made a Creme de Menthe! I made a Creme de Menthe and then used it in a Grasshopper cocktail. The Liqueur came our decent but I do think it could be better. It's lacking a certain something, so if any of you's have a better recipe then let me know, I'm all ears! The Grasshopper isn't my favourite cocktail by any means, but it is the cocktail that comes to mind first when thinking about a Creme de Menthe. The base idea of it sounds great, chocolate and mint, who wouldn't like that right? So I think a Grasshopper Riff is necessary for me to try and make this a cocktail more suited to me. ~Grasshopper~ 30ml Creme de Menthe 30ml Creme de Cacao 60ml Heavy Cream Thanks for watching my videos!
