Yoga Exercises with Suspension Straps In this video, I will do some yoga exercises while being suspended in mid air. I will begin by leaning into the suspension straps and wrapping the straps around my waist. This will allow the straps to hold my body weight. Next, I will wrap my wrists with the straps, and bend forward, doing a “standing forward bend“ in the process. Next, I will place the straps underneath my arms, where it will hold my body weight. I will then do a swinging motion while suspended. From there, I will do a split with my legs while being suspended in mid air. Then, I will transition into a “low lunge“ to maximize the stretch. Then, I will place my legs through the strapping underneath my knees. I will split my legs. This will maximize the stretch. I will transition into a full “monkey“ pose. Next, I will do some simple leg lunges, and lastly, I will do some simple suspension to stretch my back. 🧘🏽‍♀️Yog
