Join me as we convert a boring IBM PC standard floppy disk drive to work on a Commodore Amiga computer. We cover every step on this ALPS DF354 drive and finally test with some Amiga Disks. The basic mods are pretty similar from drive to drive, often with only the solder pad locations changing. Not all models can be converted but a lot can, so if you've hoarded a pile of old PC floppy drives then now might be the time to give some of them a new lease of life!
