Shade of Era Wonderful Vision Grandma Maos bean jelly

Xu Liping, the fourth generation inheritor of Grandma Mao’s bean jelly, told us about the century old history of Grandma Mao’s bean jelly. After 17 years of operation, Grandma Mao’s bean jelly was awarded the intangible cultural heritage of Longquanyi District in 2020, and was included in the Sichuan Province Rural Production and Life Heritage List in 2022, becoming a famous local snack.
