И так, мент посыльный от структур власти, а Леон воюет по своему с ней, с властью и со средой ее сотворившей. Однако герой проигрывает. Чего ему не хватает? Именно образования, будь он образован, он бы боролся с несовершенством среды иначе, не на войне, и не убивая, а возможно сняв фильм о несовершенстве этого мира, как и сделал Люк Бессон. И не случайно девочка в финале сажает цветок на школьном дворе, ведь именно в финале режиссер формулирует идею, которая должна породить в голове зрителя мысль- сверхзадачу Сверхзадача это мысль рождаемся в голове зрителя, честно обдуманная им самим. Режиссер лишь приводит доводы, наводит на рождение этой самой мысли. Девочка спасется здесь, в образовательном учреждении где она получит образование, что в контексте темы между образованием и спасением стоит знак равенства. Думаю режиссер хотел сказать о свободе, которая даётся человеку развивающему себя и о зависимости по жизни человека необразованного.
