Ribbonfish Adults live in the middle zone of the ocean, while the juveniles came to shallow water for feeding .They like to swim head up to imitate tube jellyfish to avoid predators The pelagic world - the childhood home of marine life - is a place where I find very fascinating. Tiny zooplankton and fish larva drifting in the open ocean form the base of the ocean food web, which further supports marine ecosystems. I choose to spend most dive time in the spectacular black night sea offshore and searching for tiny critters, because I'd never find a place more diverse than it. Animal life that comes up at night is mind boggling, but man knows more about the moon than we do about our oceans.
