The Russian Defence Ministry has released footage of the third stage of the non-strategic nuclear weapons drills The ministry noted that main goal of this stage of the millitary drills is maintaining the personnel and equipment readiness to use Russia’s non-strategic nuclear weapons in order to fulfil combat missions.
