California authorities have seized 4.2 kilos of fentanyl in just six weeks in Tenderloin, a San Francisco neighborhood and the surrounding area. It’s enough to potentially kill 2.1 million people - the entire population of the city nearly three-times over. Authorities are struggling to deal with the drug crisis in the state, but it’s not known yet if the attempts are effective.
