Based on this video analysis: 1. Hard style swing requires slightly more force (780 N) than the fluid style swing (750 N) 2. Hard style swing consumes more energy per rep (390 J vs. 280 J) 3. The power output during a HS swing is twice the power output during a FS swing (660 W vs. 315 W)
