Forrest (age 10) - 2011 National Trumpet Competition -- Arutunian Trumpet Concerto

Performed March 19, 2011 in de Laski Hall for the 2011 National Trumpet Competition, semifinal round, Junior Division (for students under 16 years old). His performance in the NTC finals was webcast live on March 20, 2011 and he finished third in the competition. Needless to say, his family and friends are VERY proud of him! He worked extremely hard on this piece over the past year and met a number of very nice people at NTC. We look forward to next year!
