A California man has been arrested after randomly shooting at cars, killing one man. CCTV footage from 7am on June 3 shows Julio Cesar Rodarte, 39, coming out of a liquor store empty handed, walking casually along the sidewalk, then, for no apparent reason, pulling out a gun and randomly unloading bullets into at passing cars in San Jacinto. Victor Hugo Leon, 42, was killed, and one other person was wounded. Witnesses report that after the rampage, Rodarte took his clothes off. Rodarte has been charged with murder and ten counts of attempted murder and is currently being held at the Larry Smith Correctional Facility. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation, however they are not seeking any other suspects. Rodarte’s lawyer has refused to comment.
