Neverwinter: Playing a Melee Warden Ranger Mod 16

Greetings, my fellow Neverwinter adventurers! Regarding the extra damage proc from the 3rd hit of Storm Strike, the ratio isn’t exactly 1/3. Both the 3rd hit and the extra proc scale differently. It is still a bug, however. Ah, forget it, who reads a video’s description anyway?! And how many more guides can I make? I don’t even know that myself.
