Communication in a team is vital, and now that It’s cardio time at the UFC Performance Institute and Coach Javier Mendez has their undivided attention, what better time to try and strengthen their bond by learning some russian from his band of Dagestan Gansters? Watch as he goes down the line of fighters one by one of trying out some new words and phrases. His pronunciation might not be there yet but his heart for his fighters is! Who knows maybe after he gets the hang out he’ll start learning other languages like turkish, arabic, or avar!
