Federal government will pay to rebuild Baltimore's Key Bridge 'in full', Biden says

Joe Biden has committed for the federal government to pay for the cost of rebuilding Baltimore's Key Bridge in full. The president made the comments in a speech after the bridge collapsed early on Tuesday 26 March when an out-of-control cargo ship crashed into it. A reporter asked if perhaps the shipping company, Maersk, should pay for it to which Biden replied saying “we aren't going to wait“.
