The routine is: Count down Push-Up ladder with 5 seconds hold: From 10 down to 1 Push-Up ladder with 10 seconds hold: From 1 up to 10 Count-Up Push-Pull ladder: 1-10 Pull-Ups, 20 push-ups in between every round of pull-ups!
