During the Second World War, Ludwig Fischer was one of the commanders in charge of the city of Warsaw which had been captured by the Germans. He instigated the Warsaw Ghetto in which over 400,000 people were persecuted and were tortured on a daily basis by the evil living conditions they were forced to deal with. People were dying on the streets, and eventually they were deported to extermination and concentration camps. Fischer was a horrific war criminal, and he would later at the end of the Second World War be arrested. He was then tried for Crimes Against Humanity and he was sentenced to death. But his execution did not go well twice. He was taken to the gallows and twice there was an issue with the rope used, and because of this he fell through the trapdoor unharmed. Eventually the executioners would get the job done, and one of the most evil war criminals was dealt with once and for all.
