INGREDIENTS - 1 bowl wheat flour 3 tbsp tomato paste (paste of 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 4-5 garlic cloves) salt to taste 1 tsp coriander seed powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp chaat masala 1 pinch black pepper powder 1 tsp coriander leaves ghee as required wheat flour salt to taste garam masala ghee for frying butter METHOD - 1) In a bowl, take some wheat flour.
