Convicted family killer and disgraced attorney Alex Murdaugh will be sentenced Tuesday for the millions-of-dollars scheme he plotted to steal from 18 of his former clients. Murdaugh was originally charged with 101 financial crimes, but under a plea deal, the charges were dropped down to 22 crimes. It’s estimated that Murdaugh stole more than $8 million from clients — many who are disabled.
