We are happy to present you our newest Insomnia Healing Music Video. The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing background atmosphere for you to fall asleep as quick as possible. A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath in... breathe out... repeat until you fall asleep. Since many of our subscribers use these type of tracks for sleeping, we've decided to fade the video to a black screen after 30 min. The black screen after 30 minutes will reduce the amount of light on some devices to emphasize a relaxing environment.
