Foreign Influence Operations and Counterintelligence

On May 9th 2017 the Foreign Policy Association welcomed Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, William Evanina, and Special Agent in Charge of Counterintelligence at the FBI’s New York Office, Charles McGonigal. Evanina and McGonigal spoke on the topic of cyber security, counterintelligence, and Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
