Learn how to make this cupcake bouquet for your special someone on Valentine's Day! Made with mini cupcakes frosted to look like roses with butter cream frosting. Sure to please your Valentine! What you'll need: a pot or bucket with an approximate 6“ opening 6“ diameter styrofoam ball ribbon tissue paper toothpicks 35-40 mini cupcakes buttercream frosting piping bag Wilton 2D or 1M piping tip These are properly called 'rosettes' in the cake and cupcake world but it's a quick and easy way to pipe cupcakes
